Please read these Terms of Service and Website Use ("Terms") carefully. Your use of this website is based on these GTC.

These terms of use regulate the relationship between you as a user of this website and 1Instaphone, the provider of this website and the services available on this website.

1Instaphone reserves the right to make changes to this page or the Terms of Service at any time without notice. Please review our terms and conditions each time you access this page.

1 Scope and provider

The general terms and conditions apply to all orders that you place on the online shop of 1Instaphone

2 Conclusion of contract

The presentation of goods in the online shop does not constitute a binding application for the conclusion of a purchase contract. Rather, it is a non-binding invitation to place an order in the online shop.

By clicking the "Buy now" button, you make a binding purchase offer (§ 145 BGB).

After receipt of the purchase offer, you will receive an automatically generated email confirming receipt of your order. This confirmation of receipt does not yet represent acceptance of your purchase offer. A purchase contract is not yet concluded with the confirmation of receipt.

A purchase contract for the goods is only concluded when we expressly declare acceptance of the purchase offer or when we send the goods to you - without a prior express declaration of acceptance.

The prices stated on the product pages include the statutory VAT and other price components as well as the shipping costs incurred.

4 terms of payment; Delay

Payment is made optionally :

Payment in advance by bank transfer, payment on account or Paypal.
If you have selected the payment method in advance by bank transfer, we will give you our bank details in the order confirmation. The invoice amount is to be transferred to our account within 5 days of receipt of the order confirmation. As soon as the payment is received, we will send you the goods.

When paying on account, you will receive the goods together with a transfer slip. The amount stated there is to be paid to our account within 5 days of receipt of the goods using the enclosed transfer form.

If you are in arrears with a payment, a reminder fee of EUR 4.90 will be charged for each reminder letter that is sent to you after the default has occurred.

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service. You can find the invoice conditions for purchase on account for deliveries to Germany here.

  • Installment purchase (only available in Germany): With Klarna's financing service, you can flexibly pay for your purchase in monthly installments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout.The installment payment is due at the end of the month after Klarna has sent a monthly invoice.   • Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.

  • Direct debit: The debit takes place after the goods have been shipped. You will be informed of the time by email.

The use of the payment methods invoice, installment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and creditworthiness checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permissible based on the results of the credit check. 5 delivery; Retention of title

  1. Unless otherwise agreed, the goods will be delivered from our warehouse to the address you provide.
  2. The goods remain our property until the purchase price has been paid in full.

6 damage in transit

  1. If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please report such errors immediately to the deliverer and please contact us as soon as possible.
  2. Failing to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance company.

7 Warranty

  1. Unless otherwise expressly agreed, your warranty claims are based on the statutory provisions of sales law (§§ 433 ff. BGB).

8 Disclaimer

1Instaphone shall not be liable or responsible for any damages or consequences arising out of or related to inappropriate or unauthorized use of this site or its content.

The logo design tool provided on this page contains a limited set of elements such as icons, fonts, color schemes and design effects. 1Instaphone reserves the right to use any of these items and to make any of these items available to other users in the future. Your creation of a logo design or use of this design in connection with one or more other products does not imply ownership of individual logo design elements. Other 1Instaphone customers might be able to use the design tool and design logos with similar or identical combinations of elements; 1Instaphone therefore does not guarantee that your logo will not be similar to the logos of other users. 1Instaphone will not be held responsible if logo designs created using this design tool violate the trademark rights or other rights of other parties. It is your responsibility to seek legal advice when in doubt to verify that the logo design is legally available to you and does not infringe the rights of other parties.

9 Applicable Law

The law of the Federal Republic of Germany applies to the contractual relationship.

10 Severability clause

Should a provision of these General Terms and Conditions be ineffective, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions
