Right of cancellation for consumers and voluntary return conditions
(A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that cannot be attributed predominantly to their commercial or self-employed professional activity.)

You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving reasons.
The cancellation period is 14 days from the day

- on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more goods as part of a single order and these are delivered in the same way;
- on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods, if you ordered several goods as part of a single order and these were delivered separately earth;

Consequences of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we will owe you all payments that we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the fact that you choose another type of delivery as the cheapest standard delivery offered by us) immediately and at the latest within 14 days from the day on which we received the notification of your cancellation of this contract. For this repayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the original transaction, unless something else was expressly agreed with you; under no circumstances will you be charged for this repayment.

We can refuse the repayment until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have sent back the goods, depending on which of the is earlier.

You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 14 days from the day on which you inform us of the cancellation of this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods back before the period of 14 days has expired.

You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.

You only have to pay for any loss in value of the goods , if this loss in value is due to the handling of the goods that is not necessary to establish the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Exclusion orReasons for expiry

The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts

- for the delivery of goods that are not prefabricated and for the production of which an individual selection or determination by the consumer is decisive or which are clearly tailored to personal needs of the consumer;
- for the delivery of goods that can spoil quickly or whose expiry date would soon be exceeded;
- for the delivery of alcoholic beverages, the price of which was agreed upon conclusion of the contract, but which will be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose current value depends on fluctuations in the market over which the entrepreneur has no influence;
- for the delivery of newspapers, magazines or magazines with the exception of subscription contracts

The right of withdrawal expires prematurely for contracts

Voluntary return conditions
In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily offer you the following return conditions to:

You may return any product you purchase from us within 30 days of receipt of the goods, provided the goods are complete and in the same condition as when you received them and none of the exclusions listed below is available.
Goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded cannot be returned, even under the voluntary return conditions. The same applies to goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal has already expired before the end of the withdrawal period at the time of return. Possible reasons for exclusion or expiry for the purchased product are specified in the above cancellation policy under "Reasons for exclusion and expiry". The voluntary return conditions also do not apply to digital content and software that is not supplied on a physical data carrier (e.g. a CD or DVD).

If the goods are returned between October 1st and December 31st of a year sent, the goods can be returned until January 31st of the following year, even if more than 30 days have passed since receipt of the goods. Articles that are delivered after December 31 of a year can be returned within 30 days of receipt of the goods in accordance with the conditions described above.
The goods are to be returned to the address specified in the above cancellation policy. The return period is met if you return the goods to this address before the return period has expired.

If you return goods in accordance with these voluntary return conditions, we will refund the purchase price.However, we do not refund the shipping costs of your original purchase. If you return goods with a sales price of more than 40 euros and which you send back to us within the first 14 days of receipt, we will refund the shipping costs of the delivery in addition to the sales price and also bear the return costs .
